Traditional flat bread with cheese and sour-cream

We defrost the dough according to the directions for preparation, we let it raise then we bake it in hot oil. We spread the top with sour-cream and we sprinkle it with grated cheese.

 

 


 

Gourmet flat bread

We defrost the dough according to the directions for preparation, we let it raise then we bake it in hot oil. We spread the top with sour-cream, we sprinkle it with sausage slices, sweetcorn, cherry tomato and chive.

 

 


 

Sausage rolled in puff pastry

We defrost the unwrapped puff pastry of the package of 4*125 g at room temperature, we cut it into slices then we roll the sausage in the pastry. We spread the top with egg and we sprinkle it with sesame seeds or cheese to taste, finally we bake it in an oven ready.

 

 


 

Flat bread with meat

We defrost the dough, we pull it out slightly with hand, then we fry both sides in a griddle on oil of about 2 tablespoons, at low temperature, slowly.

We slightly spread the fried flat bread with olive oil, we imagine to divide it into 2 parts and we fill it: salad, roast chicken slices, cherry tomato, red onion, sweet corn. We fold the other half on it and we spread the top with sour-cream and sprinkle it with grated cheese.

 


 

Focaccia

We defrost the dough, we pull it out slightly with hand, then we fry both sides in a griddle on oil of about 2 tablespoons, at low temperature, slowly. 

We spread the fried hot pastry with sour-cream with garlic and we salt it slightly, we sprinkle it with sausage slices and red onion. We sprinkle the top with grated cheese, dill, fried bacon to taste.
